We’re on the lookout for brilliant food traders to join the Coachworks family for our 2026 season. If you’ve got flavour, creativity, and the drive to be part of Ashford’s most vibrant food and events destination - we want to hear from you.

Coachworks is home to an ever-changing mix of independent street food, live music, craft drinks and community events. We’re looking for vendors who bring something unique to the table — whether that’s incredible world food, locally sourced ingredients, or a totally original twist on a classic dish.

What we expect:

• A consistently high standard of food and service

• Strong, recognisable branding and presentation

• Commitment to maintaining regular opening hours

• A professional approach to hygiene, safety and site operations

• Enthusiasm for being part of a collaborative, creative community

What we are on the look out for: ​

• Something we have never seen at Coachworks 

• Owner Operators, (please, no franchises)

• Flare and an understanding of what Street Food is

What we are not looking for: 

• Bar Operators, Prosecco Horse Boxes 

• Cafe/Sandwich/Bubbletea Operators 

• Greek, Burger or Chicken Joints 

• Dark Kitchen Operators 

Successful applicants will join us for a full season (January–December 2026), benefiting from our established audience, year-round events programme and on-site marketing support.
