A 6 week series with Buddhist Teacher Chelvi in Ashford

Have you ever wondered why it’s so easy to feel mental pain? Why the world and our own life are filled with problems?

Difficulties in life can impact our mental health, emotional well-being, and resilience, leading to feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, insecurity, and depression even in the most resilient individuals.

In this series of meditation classes, we will explore how genuine mental health goes beyond simply the absence of negative emotions like anxiety and depression. It is the experience of a truly healthy and resilient mind. We will learn practical meditations to experience the pure, peaceful, and the healthy nature of our mind.

Sessions last for an hour. They are suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation. Light refreshments will be served before or after the class.

About this series: This 6 week series aims to teach effective, meditation-based solutions to everyday problems taken from the Kadampa Buddhist tradition.
